Hi, my name is Sakshi Rajput. I founded Fidle Illustrations Private Limited when I was 24.

After working with startup founders on pitch decks & investor presentations for almost a year as a freelancer

By degree, I am a computer science engineer & I love tech & software.

But my engineering degree was not enough to solve the problems that most concerned me

Like the condition of women & work environment for them, the system just doesn’t work for women and I don’t like it

Luckily, I had to keep this company surviving during the COVID (It did not feel like luck at that time), so I had to take up a part-time job which was teaching coding to kids in white-hat junior

It employed only women at least 2-3 years of industry experience in coding (I was an exception), highly capable women who had qualified 6 rounds of interviews & coding challenges just to get in.

Every woman had a similar story they had to quit their last full-time job because modern working ways & traditional family systems had failed to work in Sync to support them, leaving no choice but to leave jobs

I interacted with 1000’s women who were dying to work around across the country (as later, I was promoted to interview and select the batch of teachers) but could not join the workforce because the system was not working for them & white hat beautifully solved that problem for them

So, I had resolved to create an ecosystem of work which works for both men & women in INDIA.

My new salary allowed me to experiment with creating tech products related to pitch decks & fundraising.

My first and last job lasted for seven months until my first product-creating attempt failed & my then co-founder had to leave due to financial constraints

I went trekking in the Aravali mountains of Pushkar Rajasthan with one of my frindsd, a few mystical & magical incidents hit me as if there was a calling for me to pursue this ahead.

So I decided to jump full-time into building this business.

My days typically included talking to startup founders, understanding their stories, journeys, ideas, growth, teams, visions, and everything in between

And convert it into a Simple, clean, sounding 10-minute pretty story that is also a strategy for which an investor would write roughly a $250 K check to a founder who has never built anything before.

The toughest part of it all was learning everything on the go.

The internet doesn’t know anything about fundraising, people don’t know anything or know the wrong thing, and no one shares real decks

So what’s on the internet will not work for you it’s a decade old and redacted.

No one knows what happens when raising money for a startup.

So I have to go to investor meetings, take that harsh & critical feedback, and end up not just learning but inventing stuff as a lot just did not exist

Around the same time, one of my school friends asked if he could join in and I was more than happy to welcome

All this time, I happened to work with some really interesting startups and founders

Founders who have scaled UBER USA, being among the first 100 employees of UBER or

founders shaping the future of INDIA's electric two-wheeler, oh or the people who lead the cryptocurrency wave,

Or a ton of founders who are saving the planet with sustainability solutions, tech, innovations & products.

But fate has its own ways, and in between, I had to bid goodbye to my friend also due to transparency issues.

Impact Accelerator Sweden - a winner,

In India's biggest startup event by youth story - Tech star Banglore and a lot more

It’s been 4 years into this and we have just begun
